It is sometimes cold in Sweden… Even if Stockholm is give or take only one third up the country when it comes to latitude…
I have been riding (fat biking on my Canyon Dude for the last few weeks since fresh snow have been falling about every other day for a while now) and although my Nortwave celsius 2012 are doing a great job for the fist 30 minutes of any ride or 90 minutes if the temperature doesn’t drop below -2°C or -3°C, anything 2 hours plus or even 30 minutes plus in the current ´-15°C -18°C is not comfortable at all.
The spot under my cleats become really painful from cold until it feels like the entire toe box is frozen!!!
So here comes the upgrade!

They arrived yesterday from Bike24.de and since the current weather is sunny with air temperature of -18°C and a ´feellike´of -24°C I though it would be a good day to give them a try since this is on the extreme edge of the recommended usage…Now they an be used on flats as well as with cleats and since I am on a hair tail I usually ride cleats….
